The London Barre Studio in Roslyn, NY is run by Lisa Gleason who has discovered Essentrics and wants to spread the method! Lisa is a talented movement teacher who is one of three master trainers of the London Barre method, having apprenticed with Esther Fairfax, daughter of Lotte Berk, the creator of the Lotte Berk method. The event will start with a 20-minute overview of Essentrics, followed by a full-hour tryout and Q&A after. Refreshments will be served!
