Gilda's Club in NYC
195 W Houston St, New York, NY 10014
Monday 9/23 6pm - 8pm
As a breast cancer survivor, Essentrics creator Miranda Esmonde-White has first-hand experience about pain management. She lost all mobility in her right arm following chemotherapy. Yet she applied her own method and slowly regained full mobility after twelve months, and went on to film successive seasons of Essentrics | Classical Stretch for the last twenty years.
On Monday 9/23/2019, Miranda will be speaking at the Gilda's Club about 'Regaining Mobility for Pain Management." Founded by the late comedian Gilda Radner who had passed away from ovarian cancer, the Club provides invaluable support for cancer sufferers. This event is now open to the public with a few spots available. If you or any loved one can benefit from this talk, pleas RSVP by calling the Gilda's Club at (212) 647 9700. (There could be some optional movement participation.)
